Between work and home, I've gone through several different computers in the last few years. Every time I got a new one, I'd download some of my go-to programs I use daily, but I'd inevitably forget some of the less frequently used ones until I needed them.

To remedy this, I've started using RTM to keep a list of 'must-have' programs to install whenever I get a new computer, with a link to the program's download page in the URL field and any supplementary information in Notes (add-ons, etc.). Whenever I get a new machine, I can go to right to that list and download exactly what I need to get it looking, feeling, and working like my others. I also tag each program with the machine(s) it goes on ('work', 'desktop', 'netbook', etc.).
