Every time I input an order into a database system I've created for my job, I have a number of tasks I have to complete. Unfortunately, I didn't always remember to take care of each of them on time. Now, with the power of PHP and RTM, I'm on top of it all, and well ahead of time, as is the rest of my team.

I have the script that takes input of the order send out batches of emails (depending on the content of the order) to myself and others that may be involved, using the Import List address(es) and Smart Add. So with one button click, we all have our marching orders, every time the order comes in.
