Automated (Kinda) Project Management

I do many projects that follow the same flow/time range. To set up reminders for each step I just send RTM an email.

At the start of a project I copy the following into the body of an email:

1 day ClientName - Send Client Agent Letter?
1 day ClientName - Set Up Hanging File?
1 day ClientName - Set Up Google Doc?
1 day ClientName - Set Up Email Label?
1 day ClientName - Bank? Add Name to Bank Client Website
1 day ClientName - Add Name To Website Client List
1 day ClientName - Set Up Contact Info In Google Apps Contact Mgr
2 day ClientName - Send Exposure Questions?
5 day ClientName - Did They Pay?
5 day ClientName - Did They Sent Letter To Agent?
7 day ClientName - Did I Get Policies?
7 day ClientName - Did I Get Exposure Questions Back?
10 day ClientName - Did I Email Attorney?
10 day ClientName - Did I Email Accountant?
15 day ClientName - Did I Set Up Review Conference Call?

Using Find and Replace I change "ClientName" the the client's name.

I send the email to my RTM Import Email Address and RTM puts each task into my task list with the correct date to check progress of my project.
