Keeping RTM Front and Centre

Lets you mark a tab as permanent - it cannot be accidentally closed and will reopen when your browser loads. Also adds color background highlight to a tab.
FaviconizeTab

Shrinks the Tab to the width of the Icon in the tab.
With both of these I can keep RTM as my first open Tab - it is nice and small (just the width of the "Cows Head" icon" and colored a distinct color from my other tabs ).
RTM is always available and already loaded so I can quickly get on with my actions.
