I do the same thing with LinkedIn. I noticed that many people have very stale information, myself included. So I set up a reminder to freshen up LinkedIn, and it repeats once a month.

I also do this with my Amazon wish list. It keeps items on the list from getting stale, and I always know I actually want every item on the list.
