Apologize if this is a duplicate post.

I use the list import email function (basically my RTM email with "+list" at the end) to enable myself to create checklists for things I tend to do a lot. Examples for me include business travel, at home and abroad, communications when employees exit, preparation for certain meetings or even reminders for my next Halloween. I keep the lists in Notes on my iPhone, sync'd with Gmail, then forward the list when I need it to the RTM list account.

Would love to know if anyone else out there does this and, if so, if they have some cool list templates to share.
