There are so many great tools available on the web these days, but keeping track of them can be a challenge. i have created a smart list for these tools which works brilliantly. Every time i come across a new tool, I create a task and write a description of the name of the tool and what it does. i then tag it tool (and something else depending on what the tool is for). At the end of the month, I review all of the new tools and decide which ones i am going to focus on experimenting with the next month. This simple activity has saved me a lot of time and has also reduced my stress levels!
