RTM is for Bloggers as well

I am a user of RTM since last 4-5 months. When I was not a user and used to read about RTM on blogs that it is the best To-do type of website. I always used to wonder that why in this world would someone want to save their To-dos on a website. Then on one fine day I decided to sign-up and started using it. It was only then I realized why RTM is the best and the only site which is so helpful in getting things done in time as well as personal goal achiever.

Now back to my tip, I am a part-time blogger as well and love to write about technologies which I use, tips and tricks which I do. Many a times while traveling, playing, walking, driving I think about what can be written which is helpful to the users. Almost 90% of my ideas of blogs come when I am away from my desk or computer. Earlier when I used to sit on my desk for blogging I used to think what to write and from where to start (topics).

The first thing I did to take care of situation is that, I created a spate Tab for Blog and started adding the topics on the fly where-ever I got them. So for example while traveling if I got to know that I can write about Facebook & Email integration sites I will write that Topic down on my RTM > Blog tab & assign it a priority. Similarly when I decided to write about my new Samsung Galaxy S & Android I did the same. I created a separate Tab for it and now while using my Cellphone for any day2day activity I keep adding Topics of Blog posts and when I am free and relaxed, all I have to do is open up RTM and check out the Blog & Samsung Galaxy S Tabs for the Topic.

Since the time I have set this up for my blog posts, I am able to recall almost each and every idea which I have got for my Blog. I have been helped by RTM a lot for the To-Do tasks and keep looking for new ideas of using this site in a more productive way.

Thank you,
RTM
