Delegate and evaluate productivity with RTM

I'm very fresh RTM user (it's my first week actually), but fallen in love with it right away! Here are couple of things that really made a difference for me:
1) Though primary RTM goal is to put me in action, I've found that it's priceless in providing me very detailed feedback on my overall productivity. It was hard to achieve with the paper organizers I used to rely on.
So far I created three smart lists - X_Done Today (search completed:today), Y_Done Yesterday (search completed:yesterday), Z_Done Last Week (search completedWithin:"1 week of today) to instantly see how much is done in last two days and week, get an idea what days of week were full, etc. One more hint is that in order to have those lists meaningful, I document in RTM as much of my daily actions as makes sense.
2) I also tent to overwhelm myself with the work and usually have too much on my plate. Of course, I constantly remind myself 'Manager's Mantra' - 'Delegate!'.
But with RTM I could a) sort work tasks to see what should be done by me and what could be delegated b) stay in balance - not forget about those tasks and not over-control them, just check the progress near the expected due time
c) measure my progress with this in retrospective.
I use 'delegate' tag in my @Work tasks for that and by searching 'delegate' tag (or simply clicking 'delegate' in cloud) I could stay on top with what tasks team is currently working on and see how much of the working tasks were successfully completed by my colleagues to encourage me in further delegating.
P.S. this whole thing was written in the Notes area. I'm in LOVE with this tool, telling ya! :)
