Sharing a list but still taking individual responsibility for a task

My wife and I share a list for household bits and bobs, it works great but unless you know who is responsible I can imagine problems brewing! We just tag each task with the name of the person who is going to complete it, that way you can search by tag to see what jobs you are supposed to have done whilst keeping everything in one place.
