Packing Todo list

I often go away for business (fortnightly) and need to pack the same items again and again for use while I away. I use RTM to help manage that list of items. To do this I:
1. Created a List called "Packing"
2. Add each item to RTM as a separate item. I don't add a due date but do try tagging some items to help organise packing. e.g. Gym Gear
3. When it comes to "packing day" I go through and tick off each item I pack. An empty list means everything is packed.
4. Come next time, I need to "uncomplete" my packing list; thus I've created a Smart list to pull up all completed items and simply uncomplete everything to start again! (The search criteria for my smart list is: list:Packing status:completed)

You could also archive the list until the next time you need it so you have less lists at a given time
