Keeping your gmail (or whatever) Inbox clean

Often I receive some info by mail that I use into tasks. As Gmail gives me the full URL for each e-mail, I can attach it to the task, and archive the e-mail, so my Inbox don't get to messy.
Example;
Review content of WhoEver's website #Work #myclient ^tomorrow =15 min http://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox/1281cef5acd801d9
If I have more than one e-mail linked to the task, I normally use the one note for each one describing what is it.
