Travel with RTM

I decided to share my travel arrangements I created in RTM. They are pretty basic, but guess you can tweak them any way you want.
First off, I created a list called Travel. That will keep my actual todo list clean and I like having a clear setup.
I use Tripit.com for organizing my trips. However, I have to add activities to a certain date and time to save them. And that is simply not my way of sighseeing.
Enter RTM:
I have setup my activities as tasks. For a trip to Vienna, Austria, I have created several tasks. For example one is taking the Tramride and circle the old town with it. So i have an activity called Tramride. It has the tags Vienna and Travel. I have added the duration as well. In addition to that, I created a location where that activity is bound to start. So when I am near that location on the trip, I get a reminder that this is what I wanted to do. In the notes section, I put all information with regards to that tramride, e.g. what I will see and further background information.
With this setup, I have complete control over when I do what at what time. I can filter on duration when there is time left, I get notified when I stroll around the city when there is something I wanted to see or do.

I forgot to mention that:
- I use the priorities to sort that travel list, e.g. the things I want to see/do most get priority one, and so on
- the URL field comes in really handy, as I can put a website which offers more information or a map of the tube in direct connection. On the iPod touch, I can then open that site when I have webaccess and leave it open when walking through the city.
