What is Remember The Milk?
Remember The Milk is a task management (or to-do list) app. We have both free accounts and an optional Pro upgrade.
So, why was I charged?
This is a charge for a Pro account for Remember The Milk. The upgrade may have been for your own Remember The Milk account, or a gift for another user. Although most charges are for one Pro account, multiple upgrades may have been purchased in one transaction.
Doesn't sound familiar?
If a quick look at our website doesn't clear things up, you might want to check with family members or ask around the office. Oftentimes, someone else has purchased an upgrade.
Where can I find my receipt?
You can view a history of purchases on the site. Receipts are sent via email. Learn more
How do I cancel my account?
You can disable auto-renew anytime and won't be charged again. Then, once your current Pro status expires, you will be downgraded to a free account.
Can I get a refund?
We want you to feel good about your purchase. We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked -- just get in touch.
After that, we don't offer refunds, but you can disable auto-renew anytime and won't be charged again.
I have a payment issue
If you experience an issue when paying for a Remember The Milk Pro account, such as upgrading the wrong account or a duplicated payment, please contact us and we'll work with you to fix the issue.
