Read a book a week

For some reason, I bought a ton of books while in college but never got around to reading them (wonder why). But when I started using RTM on a daily basis, I decided to start plowing through my 300+ book collection and finally get that weight off my shoulders. So I decided to read a book a week. A book a week sounded daunting to me at first, but in practice, it really wasn't.
What I did was get a book, figure out how many pages there are, and then break it up for the week. Usually I don't do anything on Sundays, so I broke the book up for 6 days. So for example, I'm reading X book that is 300 pages long. 300/6=50 pages. 50 pages a day seems daunting at first, but I like to read by chapters not pages, so I go through the book and find out chapters 1-6 are 48 pages long, so that's what I read on Monday, chapters 7-11 are 52 pages long, so that's what I read on Tuesday, etc etc. I usually read at night after taking a shower, and this has worked for me for months. I've plowed through 30+ books in as many weeks.
