Mutiple Gmail accounts and keeping yourself organized

I use a single RTM account to log all my tasks. I then have that account connected to all my gmail and app accounts. This allows me to see all my tasks at once in no matter which account I may be working in. By having it on my Google calendar I can keep track of the task and my relationship to that task.

As a freelancer, it is easy to get focused and not have balance. This big picture view of what I need to get done helps maintain that balance whether I am playing or working online.
