Its obvious, but we sometimes overlook it. Web based Email (like Gmail) can often redirect a copy of messages (or just filtered mail) to another Email account.. I redirected a copy of my mail to my Rtm email todolist address. This helps me make sure I get things processed, provides a backup of important mail (like registration passwords etc) besides other advantages.
