I am a graphic designer. I submit my proposed drafts to my web site where customers can review select and comment my work. Comments were arriving to my Outlook together with the huge number of daily email I am used to receiving. It was too hard to organize priorities and things-to-do.
When I discovered RTM, I asked my programmer to substitute my email address with my RTM posting one, and now I have a full control over my tasks.
