Best Method to View Tasks?

chipkf says:
Can you recommend the best method to view tasks (and groups) for the desktop? I will list below what I have tried so far and my experiences on them.

- App for the Milk (shows groups but its too slow)
- Milkify (too buggy)
- RTM Notifier (too bulky)
- Remember the Task (cant minimize to tray, no groups)
- FARR
- Tasque
- Prism (or Gears)

I currently am using prism to the iGoogle gadget and it's very slick but it only shows the tasks sorted by date and not the groups. The iGoogle link does allow me to specify which group to view, but only one at a time, and requires too many steps to goto/switch groups. I am really trying to use it just the way it is with it being sorted by dates, but it's impossible with how I'm use to doing things. This would be good for general purposes, but not when I need to only focus on work projects or personal projects separately.

Can you recommend any others, or the method that you found that worked best for you?

Fluidapp is for Mac. Snippage eats up too much memory, but the concept was neat. Any others?

I think I will abandon the iGoogle Prism method, and go back to using App for the Milk for the time being. The developer seems pretty active and may work on the speed issues. :)
