Linking Tasks to Checklists
(closed account) says:
As part of my always evolving GTD setup i've found usefull to link some repetitive tasks URL (e.g.: my GTD weekly review, monthly car maintenance routine, etc) to Excel checklists on my public folder in Dropbox.
If you also integrate this with 'Zoho Online Excel Viewer' you don't even need Excel installed to view the sheet. To accomplish that your link must have this form "http://sheet.zoho.com/view.do?url=http://linktospreadsheet.xls" (replace the http://linktospreadsheet.xls with the URL of your spreadsheet)
Anyone is linking tasks to checklists? How do you do it?
Thanks
(btw, see http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/tips/2934/ for other great ideas on linking tasks URL to online documents )

I find checklists fall under two categories, time based or task specific i.e. WIP Check-List [Semi-Annual] & Check-List [Laundry] I set them up as repeating tasks in gcal and keep them in word docs. I have thought about moving them to google docs/tasks and linking it directly into google calendars but for right now it just keep them in a checklist folder in dropbox.
