Honestly, it depends from where you are using RTM. On my computer, my Gmail contacts integrate (through the RTM Firefox Gmail extension). On my BlackBerry or BlackJack (Windows Mobile device), MilkSync. From my iPhone, the RTM app. etc.

So, I guess my question is: where are you using RTM? Tell me that and I'll tell you the best way to integrate your Contacts with RTM in that medium. :)

Has anyone tried using RTM as an address book for sales follow up?

I am thinking that RTM allows me to tag contacts (Company, skill-set, titles, geography, whatever). It would allow me to take advantage of location-based criteria. AND, for me- most importantly, the "repeat after" function.

I love the repeat after function to schedule follow up calls or just to ping people and as soon as i mark it complete it auto-schedules the next ping (after 30, 60, 90, 180 days).

Has anyone tried this?

I have my contacts syncing in google, in outlook, and in Plaxo. I still can't figure out how to get them on my iPad, btw.

Is there is an easier way to import my contacts into RTM?
