Turn off but Save all my Tasks

Is changing the due date for after I get back a good solution? Will I stop getting reminders until the due date?

If you go into Settings> Account Settings you can change your notification Contact Preferences. Just uncheck the boxes where you don't want to receive notifications, and check them on again when you return. Much easier than changing dates.
