I have my whole life in RTM, which is great, but all of those tags can be challenging when I'm on the go. I use a tag called errand for things I need to do when I'm out of the house: pick up dry cleaning, get cash, etc. This when, when I'm in our business district, I just pull up the errand tag on my phone, and I have a list of everything I need to do.

I add things all week long, so the list is always ready for me, even if I didn't expect to be out out and about.
