I have been working on a little system, helping me to get things done,
I call it CARD, it's not complicated, you don't have to read a book,
it follows a few basic concepts of Capture, Action, Rank, Do.

1) Capture - Everything you want to do or remember capture it.
2) Action - Action tasks either with a tag, location. Where and What
3) Rank - Priority and Time, how important is this and by when must it be done.
4) Do - Pretty obvious!
