Planning routes

I had this idea related to planning routes for running/hiking/cycling etc.

Footpath (footpathapp.com) is a great IOS app for plotting out routes on a map, giving you the distance, elevation etc. It also has the ability to share routes as a URL.

Simply plot the route, click the share button, copy the URL and paste it into the URL field of a new task in the RTM app. Set a reminder, then when it is due, you can quickly access the route again in Footpath.

Particularly useful when planning various future training runs, rides, commutes etc.

jfchm, yup it sure is! :) Bob (and the rest of us) were in Montreal recently for a team meetup -- we'll have to post a recap and share the rest of our pics. We loved Montreal! :)
