I added a small, but very useful supplement to the known approaches for "GTD/ ZTD with RTM":

I now got two kinds of lists:
1) common lists, representing "taskareas" e.g. pDly...
2) lists with a goal/ defined results, starting with a "-"

so my list looks like
-pConcert, -p
-wProject, -wExhibition, -wEvent, -wAgreementOfObjectives
pDly, pChoir, pSoccer
wDly, wTeamlead

The goal-lists will sort first, having my objectives in focus...

I find this in combination with the known setup for "ZTD/ GTD with RTM" (personal/ work lists, daily lists, FOCUS list, someday lists...) very useful!
