Add tasks by voice on Android phones

I've noticed a few feature requests in the forum for adding tasks by voice, so I thought I'd share how I'm doing it on my Android phone.

The Android Voice Search command lets you email contacts by voice. I saved my "...+import@rmilk.com" RTM Email Import address into my Google Contacts, under "Remember the Milk". Now I can hit the voice search button on my phone and say, "Email Remember the Milk, buy milk today." And voila, hit send and go!

Notes:

1. Naming the contact "Remember the Milk" is better than "RTM", which Voice Search didn't recognize consistently on my phone.

2. Using the import email address, rather than the inbox email address, makes this work best. At least on my Droid, voice search defaults to placing the text in the body of message and not the subject line.

3. It's not easy to quick add tags or other flags, so I just say "today" and sort it out when I'm at a computer.
