Twice a month I go to a facility that requires a numeric gate code for entry. They change the code weekly and send it out in advance via email for authorized access. I immediately make a task with a reminder in RTM containing the code with a text alert set to notify me15 minutes before my arrival time. It's so convenient having it right there waiting when I need it for entry.
