I write a lot of text and use programs to help enter the text.
You can use them to quickly enter the task.

Writing is often, but irregularly repetitive tasks:
a) enter task in Smart Add (not press enter!)
b) select all text (or part of which will be repeated)
c) press ctr+sft+c
d) Next time, just type the first 3 letters that appeared to quickly enter the text

You can use it to write the date of a task by its selection from the calendar. You need to add a macro program:
"^{#calendar -f ddddd -head Secet date ...}"
and then assign to the macro "autotext" (after entering a string whose macro runs).

These are just examples but by using these programs, many do.
Both programs are freeware.
