nesting projects and tasks

jermlac says:
is it possible to nest tasks that fall under a project list, under another lists with other project list? another words...

-sweep floor
-wash dishes
-clean bedroom
o-make bed
o-wash laundry
o-fold laundry
-sweep patio

in this example, i would need to wash laundry before folding laundry, so in my overall list view, i want to make sure they stay in order, or at least the same order i set the list 'clean bedroom' in.

does this even make since? i keep up with multiple projects and day-to-day tasks at my job, and it would be nice to be able to have a sort of master list that will keep the tasks nested, or at least in order grouped together. it would be even nicer if my "master list" shows the top task from the 'clean bedroom' until it is checked off, and replaced with the next task in line on that list.

I'm new to RTM and I'm grappling with this.

I have big projects that get their own lists, but I have a loooot of small projects that require several tasks to finish. I'm not that crazy about tagging everything with a bazillion tags. I think it looks cluttered. I want something clean and easy.

My working practice is to just title all tasks in these mini projects with a short intro title, and, if they're in a certain order,, a letter to keep that that way. Like

Pie A - Get ingredients list from recipe & check kitchen
Pie B - Get ingredients for pie from store
Pie C - Bake pie
Pie D - Call Sarah and invite her to eat some delicious pie

Like that. Can kick it up to A1 A2 A3 if need be, even A2a A2b A2c. Then maybe assign a priority to the next action in line?

I'm still figuring out where to put the swamp of mini tasks, but right now I'm keeping them all in a Next Actions folder. They stay in order, and I often stagger the deadlines if it's something that's going to take a few days. I haven't decided yet, but I may start a Projects folder where I keep the swamp of mini tasks that are part of these mini projects but aren't bona fide next actions.

Just throwing out some ideas here.
