Using time to keep your Do Now list clutter free...
bugsie says:
I use "Lists" to organise tasks in to topics and
"Smart Lists" driven by Tags to organise the tasks on a timeline of Bucket, Now, Sometime, Pending.
I also use "Smart Lists" driven by additional tags to add some context to the tasks such as "@" for any task where I need to converse with someone, further enhanced by "@Phil", and/or "@Sue", etc if I want to build a list of tasks for those people where I need an agenda.
More recently I've been using hh:mm to call forward tasks to later in the day to keep my "Now" list free of tasks I cannot actually do NOW. The smart list search criteria for my Now list contains the statement:
NOT dueAfter:"1 minute from now"
