RTM Used to Study for Professional Certification Exam

I thought I'd share a interesting use for RTM that I discovered recently.
I recently went through several month course that prepared me to take a professional certification exam. There was a lot of studying required for the exam, and the course instructors suggested we create flash cards to memorize the many important course items.
Instead of creating physical flash cards, I divided the course material into a small set of top-level domains, and for each domain I created an RTM list. For each topic within the course domain, I created an RTM task. And for each item in the course topic, I created an RTM note with a few sentences/paragraphs with the stuff I needed to remember for the test. So my RTM notes were essentially the flash cards, organized by tasks and lists.
The killer feature of studying this way was the cloud based nature of RTM. I was able to log into RTM from my work computer, my home computer, and from the RTM app on my Android phone. Because of this, I could study wherever I was, always having the most up-to-date material to edit or review.
So did it pay off? Well, I took the test yesterday, and it felt pretty good. Let's hope I passed!
