Maintaining the Corporate Wiki

Thought I'd share this tip.
In my world (corporate IT), we often troubleshoot problems via long email chains. At the end of the process, there is often useful information worth remembering in case of a repeated issue. However, as we all know, emails are a terrible place for this, as there are people not on the email chain that could benefit from what we learned.
To help solve this, I created a wiki for my team, which anyone can use to collect our "tribal knowledge". And RtM helps out with this.
Whenever we have email chains that need to be converted into wiki articles, I forward the email chain to my RtM email address. I then format the subject line using Smart Add, so that it reads:
Add to team wiki: (description of item) #wk-Wiki
The last part is the tag for the RtM list where I collect these tasks. Thanks to this, the email knowledge is no longer losable, as it is now on its way to getting into the wiki.
The best thing about this workflow is that the email is converted into RtM Notes that I can later consult when crafting the wiki article.
