I don't like the idea of including my exact home address as a location (you also shouldn't do this in a GPS device), so I pick an intersection near my home, and label that as "Home" in RTM.

That way, I can still use my location to do tasks that are near home, but have the peace of mind that I'm not broadcasting my home address to the Interwebs!
