It used to work for me, but suddenly the extension stopped working!
Please check that you have the latest version of the extension, as changes to Gmail require us to update our extension. To update, please go to "Tools" then "Add-ons" in Firefox, then click "Find Updates" and update the extension when prompted. Please restart Firefox following the update. If the problem continues, Google may have made changes to Gmail that we aren't supporting yet. Please tell us which aspects of the extension aren't working for you, and we can investigate further.

I'm using Firefox, but the extension isn't working.
If you're experiencing problems, please try the following steps:

I'm using another Firefox extension for Gmail, and Remember The Milk for Gmail isn't working.
There are a number of Firefox extensions and Greasemonkey scripts available that make modifications to Gmail. If you are experiencing a problem with Remember The Milk for Gmail while using another extension that modifies Gmail, we would recommend disabling the other extension, restarting Firefox, and seeing if that resolves the issue. If you do encounter an extension conflict, please tell us so that we may investigate further. However, please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility with other extensions or scripts.

My tasks stopped displaying in Remember The Milk for Gmail.
Please check to make sure that you're not filtering your tasks (e.g., only showing a particular list). This option is shown directly underneath the "Add task" field at the top of Remember The Milk for Gmail. If you're showing all your tasks, it should say "Set task view here"; if you're not showing all your tasks, you can click the arrow and change the option here.

Sometimes it doesn't auto-suggest events from my calendar, but I know they're there!
Please check to make sure that you're logged into Google Calendar; even if you're logged into your Google account, you may need to visit http://www.google.com/calendar to ensure that you're logged in. Events will only be auto-suggested after the words "on", "before", or "after" (e.g., "Call Jimmy on Thanksgiving"), so make sure that you have one of these keywords before the event name.
