Symptoms:

You are continually prompted to login to the gadget.

Cause:

Third party cookies may be disabled in Chrome. The gadget is contained in an iframe, and needs the browser to allow cookies to be set in iframes.

Solution:

To allow logins to Remember The Milk, please follow these steps:

1. Open Chrome's Options or Preferences.
• In Windows: at the top of the Chrome window, click on the Tools button and then select Options.
• In Mac OS X: on the menu bar, click on the Chrome menu and select Preferences.
• In Linux: at the top of the Chrome window, click on the Tools button and then select Preferences.
2. Click on the Under the Hood tab.
3. Press the Content Settings button.
4. Select Allow local data to be set.
5. Uncheck the 'Ignore exceptions and block third-party cookies from being set' checkbox.

2. Click on Privacy.
3. Press the Exceptions button.
4. Enter rememberthemilk.com
5. Press the Allow button.

1. Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser, and select Options.
2. Click on the Privacy tab.
3. Press the Advanced button.
4. Check the 'Override automatic cookie handling' button.
5. Under Third-party Cookies, select Allow.

Cause:

Various firewall, pop-up blocking and ad blocking software, and browser plug-ins can conflict with this feature.

Solution:

If you use such software, we suggest adding www.rememberthemilk.com and static.rememberthemilk.com as exceptions to any ad blocking, script blocking, or pop-up blocking rules.
