The following terms and conditions are applied to Remember The Milk Promotional Code Redemption.
- Acceptance of Terms. Welcome to Remember The Milk Promotional Code Redemption. By redeeming your Remember The Milk promotion code (a "Remember The Milk Promotional Code"), you agree to this Promotional Code Terms of Service for the Remember The Milk Promotional Code ("Promotional Code Terms"), the Remember The Milk Pro Additional Terms of Use located at http://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/proterms.rtm and the Remember The Milk Terms of Use located at http://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/terms.rtm, which are incorporated by reference.
These Promotional Code Terms govern the redemption and use of your Remember The Milk Promotional Code. Remember The Milk reserves the right to update and change these Promotional Code Terms from time to time. Remember The Milk also may periodically revise certain of the documents incorporated herein by reference. You can always find the most recent version of these Promotional Code Terms at http://www.rememberthemilk.com/promo/terms.rtm - Description of Remember The Milk Promotional Code Redemption. To redeem your Remember The Milk Promotional Code, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either via your PC or through other devices that access Web-based content. You must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other Internet access device, and it is your sole responsibility to pay any fees associated with such access.
- Eligibility. You are eligible to redeem your Remember The Milk Promotional Code only if you are above the age of 13. Remember The Milk reserves the right to restrict the availability of a Remember The Milk Promotional Code to residents of certain U.S. states, with or without notice.
A Remember The Milk Promotional Code is intended for use as a promotion to an individual. Remember The Milk Promotional Codes are non-transferable, and resale of a Remember The Milk Promotional Code or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. You may not permit any other person to use a Remember The Milk Promotional Code or any unused balance that was issued to you. You agree that Remember The Milk has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Remember The Milk Promotional Codes obtained or used under any of the preceding circumstances. - Agreement to Pay. You understand that should you wish to continue using the service after your Remember The Milk Promotional Code is exhausted, you are solely responsible to pay to continue such service.
Unless otherwise noted, all amounts are stated in U.S. dollars. - Fees and Charges. Remember The Milk may, upon notice required by applicable laws, at any time: (i) change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fee or charge related to any Remember The Milk Promotional Code, or (ii) institute new fees or charges related to a Remember The Milk Promotional Code.
- Remember The Milk Account Requirement. In order to redeem a Remember The Milk Promotional Code, you must have registered for the Remember The Milk service. If you do not have a Remember The Milk account you will be prompted to complete the registration process before you can redeem the Remember The Milk Promotional Code you have received, as described in the Additional Terms above.
- No Refunds. Remember The Milk Promotional Codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law. If you have questions regarding redemption or activation, please contact Remember The Milk support.
- Expiration. A Remember The Milk Promotional Code is accepted when the intended recipient of the promotional code enters that code into the Remember The Milk site and successfully applies the corresponding promotional code amount to their Remember The Milk account. Remember The Milk Promotional Codes must be accepted within twelve (12) months of the promotion code being provided to the recipient. There are presently no service fees for the maintenance of unaccepted Remember The Milk Promotional Codes.
- No Replacement. A Remember The Milk Promotional Code will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or used without the intended recipient's permission.
- Subscription Cancellations. You can cancel any subscription obtained with a Remember The Milk Promotional Code at any time; provided, however, that no refund will be given for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Existing Subscriptions. Recipients may not apply Remember The Milk Promotional Codes to an existing subscription.
- Using Multiple Promotional Codes. Recipients may not apply multiple Remember The Milk Promotional Codes to a single subscription.
- Termination. Remember The Milk reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a Remember The Milk Promotional Code is fraudulently obtained or used on the Remember The Milk site.
- No Liability. A Remember The Milk Promotional Code is provided "AS-IS," and Remember The Milk assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, misapplication or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings, or balance.
