Let smart lists do your work for you

I find it very helpful to just quickly jot down a task. But I procrastinate at organizing them. So I have a few standard words that I include in the tasks that I jot down. I also have a corresponding smart list for each of these words.
For example:
Call: Call Jane tomorrow
Email: Email Tom today
Visit: Visit Tom Smith at Morristown Hospital.
Chores: Do chore wash dishes at 8pm.
Buy: Buy milk
The key to the whole system is to have a consistent set of words and use them consistently. This system helps me to quickly add tasks and spend very little time organizing them.
