Off line updating and Cell phone Sync

I just spend two hours rescheduling my tasks on my laptop. Then I came back home and went back online. All the work I did in rescheduling my tasks just got undone by the sync update.

I also have the same problem when I use my HTC touch. The old completed tasks do not disappear.

Some tasks are duplicated 8 times and they have been marked completed. Some of my resent adding are duplicated.

I just set one set of the duplicates to completed on my wired computer, then I ran the Sync again on my Cell and other completed tasks have appeared.

This is very confusing.
