different/grayed out Google Cal icon to show if list is empty

I need a way to know if there is something on the list when I am viewing just Google Calendar (I don't want side bars and such). Right now all the RTM icons look exactly the same - the white check mark in the blue circle - whether they have to do's in them or not.

Vote for this as well. What would be idea would be if tasks showed up in the day or specific time when they are due, maybe with a different color if they are overdue.

This idea is considered similar to "Instead of blue checkmarks on every day, show different color icons depending on whether tasks are due", and all votes have been transferred to that idea.
