I tried RTM some time ago, but I wasn't motivated enough to let Time&Chaos (chaossoftware.com) go after eleven years.

What I like in T&C is the database concept, each appointment, to-do or contact has a large, customizable table of fields.

I have hundreds of contacts, with custom fields, which I can export to csv.

1. can I import contacts from a csv and map the fields?

Another thing I can't do without is dragging a contact to the to-do windows to create a to-do phone call. Most of my tasks are phone calls to do. When I click the phone number, my pc dials through the pabx.

2. can I quickly make a list of phone calls to do from the contact list? can I dial the number to a pabx?
