I keep needing to reset my password

Have you tried this from another browser? I would make sure and delete all of your browser cookies, close the browser and try the link to reset. Then after resetting, change the password, delete your cookies, restart the browser, and see if that works.
If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Logging In & Loading issue report via our support system?
