IM notification not working?

I have not received any reminders, I suspect, since 2009 began. I have removed and added the RTM account back to my contacts but with no success to date. The RTM contact appears as online but does not seem to be sending.

I'm with the same problem too. Email reminders works good, but not IM notification. As @lindsayfsmith, I haven't seen rtm.remind on my chat conversations since January 1st.
