"Area-Based" List also on PC?

My main list is separated via location: "isLocated:false OR locatedWithin:"35 km". So Tasks without a location-tag or within the radius are supossed to be shown.

On my iphone its working fine, my "Tasks in the city" for example are not shown when I travel.

The Problem is though: using RTM on the PC (in the city) never shows my Tasks with a location-tag.

How can I get this to work?
(My additional thoughts: Of course my notebook has no GPS, but locating could be technically possible by IP or a specific WLAN. )

At this time, the locatedWithin: search operator is only supported in the iPhone and Android apps, sorry. The web app is not aware of your current location so it's not able to calculate this distance.

If this is something you'd like to see added to the web app, you may want to vote for this suggestion in our Ideas forum.
