Meaning of "Import email address"

It would appear from the translation help text that "Import email address" doesn't mean "Click here to import an email address", but I don't really understand what it does mean.

The help text says: "The user's import email address." So apparently this refers to an email address belonging to the user which is used for importing... but importing what, to where, and why?!

Good question :) It's the email address that a user can send a list of tasks to (i.e. import a list of tasks via email).
