Plural forms

I would like to suggest (for RTM programmers) using plural forms in RTM localization. The basic formats are listed in http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/gettext_150.html.

It could be done like in OpenTTD localization: {NUM} not{P e s}
