Hebrew not in settings though translation 100% done

I know it takes you a little while to get the languages into the settings dialogue.

Hebrew seems 100% done - there are quite a few of us waiting :)

(It's RTL - but I suppose that is solved.)

Once the translations are complete, there are a few changes to be made on the backend to fully support a language. I've added this to our list to investigate.
