Shortcuts in other languages?

Is it possible to make Shortcuts and Smartadd symbols work in other languages? It's very inconvenient to change language every time I want to use Shortcuts or SmartAdd.

Smart Add should work in any language; the only thing that shouldn't is automatic due date parsing, i.e. "Do something tomorrow" only works in English, but "Do something ^tomorrow" should work in any language.

If something's not working, could you give an example?
