First eight languages available

As described in this blog post, we've made the first eight languages available. They are:

- Simplified Chinese
- Traditional Chinese
- Dutch
- UK English
- French
- Japanese
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Spanish

(You can change your language preference on the Settings screen in your account.)

We'll be making the rest of the languages that are 100% complete available as soon as possible -- thanks to everyone for helping!
