Complex repeat rule in German

It's currently only possible to set a repeat of every month on the first Monday; I've added this to our list to investigate. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, you can either set every month on the first monday and delete every other one, or set every 2 months and tailor the day for each task.
